For the past 14 years we've been doing these events, I have ALWAYS wanted to do this: We're cruising on the River City Star for the next NewsRadio 1110 KFAB Gourmet Club!
At 6pm on the evening of Thursday, August 5th, we'll shove off on board this beautiful riverboat for a 45 minutes cruise with drinks and Jam's "Tuscan Art Dip" -- roasted artichoke hearts, red pepper, three cheese and spinach, with white wine, red grapes, and house-made chips.
Then, we'll get back on dry land at the Dam Bar and Grill outdoor patio, listen to live music, and enjoy the evening's menu catered by Jam's:
APPETIZER: Bruschetta- Balsamic tomato salsa, basil pesto, parmesan cheese, balsamic reduction
SALAD: Baby spinach, arugula, shaved Brussels sprouts, dried apricots, red onion, green onion, quinoa, chickpeas, dates, crumbled feta, lemon vinaigrette
ENTRÉE: Five cheese stuffed ravioli served in a mushroom and feta cream sauce.
DESSERT: Carrot Cake Bites served with a ginger anglaise
