HOUSE REPUBLICAN VIDEO GETS STUCK UPSIDE DOWN
Technology snafus are pretty amusing when they involve important people on video chats. On Wednesday, Republican Rep. Tom Emmer was on a virtual House Financial Services meeting, and the Minnesota lawmaker flipped the video of himself upside down via a filter that made his head look upside-down and detached from his body in front of an abstract blue and white background. When Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters asked if he was ok, he responded he was, before someone alerted him he was upside down. Emmer couldn’t figure out how to fix it, and soon someone joked, “At least you’re not a cat.” Emmer eventually was able to turn off the filter and right his image.
