An art installation in Seoul, South Korea is getting a lot of attention. A digital art display on the country’s largest digital billboard shows a wave crashing on top of the building the billboard sits on top of. Public art firm d’strict unveiled the art exhibit, called WAVE, on the 262-foot by 66-foot digital wraparound display atop the SMTown COEX building in Seoul’s Gangnam District.
The firms says the exhibit took about three months of digital design work to perfect. The display appears for one minute each hour, and the creators say it is meant to evoke feelings of comfort.
