Bellevue residents thought they were getting their stimulus or tax return checks. But the return address on these official-looking mailings was from the "Dept. of Tax Break Checks," and the "check" was a coupon to Sickie's Garage Bar & Grill!
Is this funny, or not? (I think it's creatively funny, and you get cheap, good bar food out of the deal -- what is there to complain about?)
