Frozen ground. Over two feet of snow and ice. Temps suddenly warm up. Ice jams dam up waterways. Three days of rain. And the "bomb cyclone" in Western Nebraska. I don't know the odds of all of this coming together like that at the same time, but that's what happened this year to cause this historic flooding.
