The next NewsRadio 1110 KFAB Gourmet Club is Tuesday, October 16th, 6:30pm, at Baela Rose (just east of the KFAB studios at 4919 Underwood Ave. in Dundee).

Baela Rose is the creation of Kyle and Rose Anderson, named after their daughter. They're excited to present their beloved restaurant to you, though locals may be miffed we're giving so much attention to Dundee's best kept secret!
Each of our courses features an ingredient we haven't had very much of during the past decade of Gourmet Clubs: Duck!

Au Bon Canard Foie Gras Torchon
amarena cherry, micro mustard greens, pistachio, baguette crisp
Duck Confit Ravioli
local maitake, eggplant, red pepper, pecorino romano
Seared Duck Breast
apple, butternut squash, radish, granola, duck jus
Duck Proscuitto & Saint-André
local honey comb, almond, pear, dijon
To further enhance the classiness of the evening, a classical guitarist will give you a feast for the ears while you enjoy Baela Rose's feast for the spirit.
The price per-person is $50. Additionally, a specially selected wine menu with course-specific offerings will be available at a reduced rate for this event; details will be available when you arrive at the restaurant.
