The next NewsRadio 1110 KFAB Gourmet Club is a SOLD OUT event at Monarch Prime & Bar!
At 6pm on Sunday, April 8th, Chef Patrick Michaels will prepare our carefully crafted menu with locally sourced wagyu beef and produce at $75/person (including drinks). Jake Yestingsmeier, Monarch's director of guest services, says of Chef Patrick, "Be prepared, his passion for this project as well as the execution for our guests can be rather intoxicating."
All courses will be served with beverage pairings curated by Jaden Trompke and Brian Heese.
Cauliflower Soup - Brown Butter - Pickled Grapes - Smoked Hazlenuts
Beets - (Chef is still assessing availability of local product to determine the accompaniments, so this course will definitely be fancier than "beets" when we dine!)
Plum Creek Farms Chicken - Crispy Skin Crumble - Seasonal Accompaniments
Dry Aged Wagyu Sirloin - Demi - Fingerling Tostones - Glazed Pearl Onions
