POLICE ARE CRACKING DOWN ON THE DANGEROUS IKEA CHALLENGE
As if eating Tide Pods wasn't dangerous enough, a new 'challenge' is up and coming for teens. UK police have already issued a warning about what's called the "24 hour challenge" which sees kids trying to spend 24 hours in an Ikea store (including sleeping there) undetected.
In England, and 11-year-old girl was reported missing early last week when she didn't return home from school, but she was found the following day after spending the night in Ikea.
Ikea tells Mashable, "We appreciate that people want to create fun experiences with us, but we do not allow this kind of activity to take place in our stores. [...] we are constantly reviewing our security procedures to better prevent these incidents from happening."
