Well it seems that some people are just THAT dumb. Like this fella from.... guess the state?! Of Course, Florida! Well he apparently broke the front hood latch t his vehicle so instead of safely securing it to the vehicle, he just started driving.... ON THE INTERSTATE! Can't make this stuff up people...
