Mike O'Neil lives in North Fulton, Georgia and recently put up his outdoor Halloween decorations. They include a pumpkin man that appears to be bent over and mooning passersby with his orange behind, made of two pumpkins of course. O'Neil says it was meant to make people laugh, but that his homeowner's association is not amused.
The group says other neighbors have complained about the display being offensive. O'Neil censored his set-up by placing a sign in front of the mooning man saying "Censored by GBHOA."
He tells local news outlets he's been putting up the same display since 2008, and only got complaints about it this year.
