Texas Seeks to Criminalize "Sanctuary Cities"

Last week the Texas House of Representatives passed a law that would make it a misdemeanor if local authorities refuse requests by federal immigration to detain suspects or immigration holds.  However, immigration attorney Eric Cedillo says there are sections of the bill that appear to violate the Constitution.
