The Douglas County Sheriff's Office says Special Operations Group Investigators have located and arrested a man on a contempt warrant, issued on July 7th, relating to a Domestic Violence Assault charge.
Investigators located 27-year-old Martin Anderson Jr. at his home and safely took him into custody.
The DCSO says Anderson, who has been in the Nebraska corrections system twice for two separate felony firearms convictions, is currently on pre-trial release and under the supervision of the Douglas County Department of Corrections Pre-Trial Release Supervision program.
His pre-trial release supervision relates to numerous charges in four separate criminal cases in the last year.
The Sheriff says this arrest marks Anderson's 13th warrant served this calendar year in relation to these charges, disobeying court orders, or failing to follow the rules of the pre-trial release program
