On "X," the Douglas County Sheriff's Office says a southwest Omaha homeowner provided the Sheriff's "Community Action Team" with a video of a vehicle making traffic "donuts."
The Sheriff says CAT Deputies were quickly able to identify the vehicle and found the driver.
Investigators say the driver admitted he was "trying to show off to a friend."
