(Nebraska) -- Another Democratic candidate is running in Nebraska's Second Congressional District.
Kishla Askins is a health professional and Navy veteran based in Omaha. She's the fifth Democrat to enter the race for the seat currently held by incumbent Republican Congressman Don Bacon, who says he won't be running again.
Two Republicans have also announced their bids for the seat.
