(Sarpy County, NE) -- Demolition of the decommissioned jail site on the Sarpy County Courthouse Campus begins next week.
The demolition of the old jail follows the opening of the new Sarpy County Correctional Facility back in 2023. Construction will also be adding more parking and demolishing the West Annex building.
The project is expected to continue throughout 2025.
