Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska will have its largest and most intensive military exercise in base history, resulting in extremely limited access to and from the base in South Bellevue.

The 55th Wing says throughout the week of March 31st through April 4th, there will be extended periods when inbound and outbound traffic will be completely restricted.

Individuals needing access to Offutt AFB, including veterans, retirees, and other visitors, are strongly encouraged to complete any necessary visits before March 31st, as entry and exit may not be possible at certain times.

Exercise Impacts:

· Base access will be severely restricted throughout the week, with multiple extended periods when entry and exit will not be permitted.

· Increased noise and activity levels both on and off base.

· Frequent public address "Giant Voice" announcements will occur during the exercise.
