The National Weather Service says a Blizzard Warning remains in effect until ten Wednesday evening in the Omaha/Council Bluffs, and Lincoln region.
Nebraska and Iowa 511 pages show numerous closings including westbound I-80 closed from Lincoln to 25 miles west of Kearney.
On the Iowa side, I-29 is closed from Missouri Valley to Sioux City.
The Omaha Public Power District says their crews are working on thousands of outages.
MidAmerican Energy crews are working on Council Bluffs outages.
There are many flights affected at Omaha Eppley Airfield.
