Omaha Police take two suspects into custody after a shooting and barricade stand-off near Florence Boulevard and Grace Street early Monday.
Officers went to the scene around four a.m. after a report of a shooting.
Police found a 39-year-old man at 16th and Grace bleeding profusely.
He was taken to a emergency room with non-life threatening injuries.
Officers at the scene could initially hear a woman yelling inside the apartment, but the occupants turned the lights off and refused to come out.
Officers set up a perimeter and continued to attempt to call the suspects out of the apartment.
Eventually, a 29-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman came out and were taken into custody.
Officers took the suspects to Central Police Headquarters for questioning.
Police say charges are pending.
