Flooding Threat Is Far From Over

Papio-Missouri River NRD General Manager John Winkler tells us that area rivers, specifically the Missouri, will continue to be threatened by flooding. He explains how the Platte River created a new channel near Plattsmouth and paints a grim picture if we have another winter like this past winter in eastern Nebraska and the Dakotas.
