Peter Manhart is a co-founder of a group called "Fix Farnam" that would make Farnam Street a two-way thoroughfare all day every day between 46th Street and Happy Hollow Boulevard. Presently, that stretch is one way eastbound from 7-9 AM and one way westbound from 4-6 PM. Manhart explains how the two way street would reduce speeds and improve safety.
