Corps: High Flows on Missouri River Thru Summer.....At Least!

High outflows from the Gavins Point Dam will keep Missouri River water levels high through the summer and likely into the fall. John Remus is the Chief of Missouri River Basin Water Management for the Army Corps of Engineers.
