Tim and Lisa Trudell are set to launch their new book "Unique Eats and Eateries in Omaha" next Thursday (May 16th) with a book signing and food tour at Flagship Commons (the food hall at the Westroads Mall) from 5:30-7:30 PM. The book tells the stories behind 91 must visit Omaha area restaurants, from fast food and food trucks through to the most $$$$ eateries in the city.
