A Bank of America survey indicates 16% of millennials (age 23-37) have saved over $100,000. It's a figure we thought was optimistic, but Darrell Bryant, financial planner with D. Bryant and Associates gives us some reasons why that is reasonable. But that doesn't mean many people need to develop a better plan if they hope to retire.
