Senator Wants Public Education Available to Three Year Olds

State Senator Rick Kolowski has proposed a constitutional amendment that would make public school education available starting at three years of age. Presently public school education can begin at five years of age. If passed by the legislature, voters would decide whether to approve the amendment on the November ballot.
