Douglas County Attorney Don Kleine says he will file an appeal to a judge's decision to move the case of 17 year old Tyler Pitzel to juvenile court. Pitzel is charged with attacking his parents with a bat and shooting a shotgun at two Douglas County Sheriff deputies, injuring one. Pitzel was also injured when deputies shot him in the abdomen.
