Nebraska State Corrections Director Scott Frakes says that drugs, alcohol, and weapons were among the illegal items found in a recent sweet of state prisons. While it's a long-standing problem with prisons everywhere, Frakes says it is difficult to track down how the stuff gets into the prison.
