Lt. Col. Jeff Addicott (Ret.) is the director of terrorism law at St. Mary's University in Texas. He told us where we have much improved security since September 11, 2001, but even though those college aged and younger have no memory of that day, it should not be considered strictly as history because it was just the beginning of the on-going battle against terrorism.
