Congressman Don Bacon updates us on the House debate over a 2018 defense appropriations bill which will try to addres a 22% cut in military spending over the past eight years. He also says the Department of Defense needs to evaluate the impact on the mission that would occur with the inclusion of transgender service members, or with members that seek gender re-assignment while in the service.
