Bacon: No. Korea Sanctions Should Target Business

Congressman and retired Air Force General Don Bacon says China can do more to contain the North Korean nuclear program. Bacon suggests that one way to get their attention is to get sanctions passed that would ban businesses that do business with North Korea from doing business with the U.S.  That, Bacon says, would really impact the thinking of Chinese banking and manufacturing companies that presently do business with North Korea.
