Former Nebraska Governor Dave Heineman did not say he wouldn't support Governor Pete Ricketts in his 2018 re-election bid, but he didn't say he would and earlier this week called on former unicameral speaker Mike Flood to run. Heineman also commented on the healthcare debate in Washington.
