Ahman Green: Abuse Charges Involving Teen Are Less Common

Former Husker and NFL star football player Ahman Green faces a child abuse charge in which he is alleged to have struck his 15 year old daughter, causing a visible injury.  Gene Klein, executive director  of child advocacy group Project Harmony could not speak about the specifics of this case but did say that more than half of the child abuse cases that they see involve children under 6 rather than a 15 year old. Klein also gave some suggestions on how parents can avoid losing their temper when dealing with the  sometimes frustrating behavior of teenagers.
