Ramsey County, Minnesota law enforcement has released the dashcam video of last year's police shooting of Philando Castile. The officer who fired at Castile, Jeronimo Yanez was acquitted of all charged related to that shooting this week (video below) Lance LoRusso, an attorney and former cop who wrote the book "When Cops Kill" explains why police officers are usually acquitted when charged with shooting suspects.
