It was an unusual murder case in Douglas County District Court with first degree murder charges against Shanna Golyar. She was accused of killing Cari Farver, but authorities had no body. Despite that, Golyar's defense attorney James Martin Davis told us that the state's prosecution using circumstantial evidence was "brilliant" and led to Golyar's conviction. Under state law, she will now face life in prison when sentenced this summer.
