SMU political science professor Cal Jillson says that the hiring of Robert Mueller as the special prosecutor for the Justice Department to look into a variety of allegations involving the Trump Administration including Russia, Michael Flynn, and James Comey. Jillson says this, combined with Trump's political inexperience will make it difficult for Trump to advance much of his agenda, such as tax cuts.
