The union representing Nebraska corrections employees has asked Governor Ricketts to fire corrections director Scott Frakes. Mike Marvin, executive director of the Nebraska Association of Public Employees, says Frakes has not lived up to agreements involving overtime hours, staffing, and assaults on workers by inmates.
