Platte Institute CEO Jim Vokal is unhappy that the Unicameral failed to get enough votes to end a filibuster thus ending hopes for Governor Rickett's proposal that individual and corporate income taxes would be reduced in small increments as certain budget goals were met. In particular, Vokal is unhappy with the 13 Senators who did not vote.
