Douglas County Attorney Don Kleine says that while there are numerous charges he will file against Wesley-Correa Carmenaty, he suspects they will be dropped so Correa-Carmenaty can be extradited to Iowa to face murder charges in yesterday's shooting death of Pottawattamie County Deputy Mark Burbridge. Kleine described the legal process that is now underway.
