Senator Rejects Tax Claims Made By Group

State Senator Jim Smith says that the group Reform for Nebraska's Future is running misleading radio ads that claim he and other legislators were pushing a tax bill that would take money from a fund to relieve property taxes and direct it towards income tax relief, which the group says would benefit only the wealthiest Nebraskans.
