Monday's bankruptcy filing and expected liquidation of Omaha-based Gordmans is an example of the struggles being faced by "brick and mortar" retailers and shopping malls. Despite that, Jim Otto of the Nebraska Retail Federation says not all traditional retailers are in trouble despite heavy competition from on-line shopping.
