State Senator Dan Watermeier of Syracuse explains his bill, LB 46, that would allow a Nebraska license plate with the message "Choose Life". Though the bill opponents say a license plate is not the place for a political or social issue, the bill has already received a majority of votes by Senators in early round voting.
