A plane full of passengers softly weep as they view the removal of the casket of Shawn Thomas, a member of the U.S. Army Special Forces when his body was returned to Raleigh-Durham Airport this week. He died in a vehicle accident while serving in Niger, Africa. His wife T.J. Thomas and family members were there as the casket was removed from the plane by an honor guard of Green Berets. Plane passengers watched as they waited for the casket to be removed before leaving the plane at the conclusion of the flight. Thomas left behind his wife and four young children.Thomas was buried at Arlington National Cemetery on Thursday.
