Mayor John Ewing Jr. announces details of the annual summer concert and fireworks show at Omaha's Memorial Park.
KFAB is once again honored to be a part of presenting the free concert and fireworks on Friday, June 26th, featuring Smokey Robinson and 90s rock band CAKE.
The concert will begin with the National Anthem at 6:30 p.m. and ends with the fireworks show.
As in past years, local musicians are invited to apply to be featured via video between the sets and throughout the day leading up to the show.
The application to be considered is open through Friday, April 3rd, and all local bands and solo artists are encouraged to apply.
In addition to Newsradio 1110 KFAB, the event is supported by the City of Omaha, Douglas County, and the Omaha Parks Foundation.
