Omaha Fire and Police were called to make a rescue around 3:30 Tuesday afternoon after two vehicles were swallowed up in a sinkhole on a section of Pacific Street near 67th.
Initial reports indicate those inside the two vehicles safely escaped with no injuries.
Omaha Public Works is now on the scene as motorists are urged to avoid that area.
