Nebraska Republican Attorney General Mike Hilgers has filed for re-election.
Hilgers, a former State Senator, was elected State Attorney General in 2022.
Democrat Jocelyn Brasher has announced she is also running for Nebraska Attorney General.
She is an Omaha lawyer who previously served as Assistant Attorney General with Hilgers.
