Nebraska Traffic Stop Leads To Drug Arrest

(LEXINGTON, NE) -- Nebraska State Patrol Troopers arrest a Colorado man after locating 116 pounds of suspected marijuana processing material during a traffic stop on Interstate 80 in Dawson County.

The Patrol says Sunday afternoon, a trooper saw a westbound vehicle speeding on I-80 near Mile Marker 238.

During the traffic stop, the trooper detected a marijuana odor coming from the vehicle, and a search of the vehicle revealed approximately 116 pounds of suspected marijuana resin, wax, and vape.

Also located were items for processing marijuana into smaller portions.

Dawson County Sheriff’s Deputies assisted in the search.

The driver, 24-year- old Dylan Worrall, of Colorado, was arrested for possession of marijuana – more than one pound, possession of drug paraphernalia, and no tax stamp.
