(Allerton, IA) — The FDA is warning several major retailers after inspectors found recalled Iowa-produced baby formula still on store shelves.

ByHeart infant formula, manufactured in Allerton, Iowa, along with facilities in Oregon and Pennsylvania, was voluntarily recalled in early November following an outbreak of infant botulism that hospitalized 51 babies across 19 states.

Despite those notices, the agency says the formula was still being sold at 175 locations nationwide, including Target and Walmart.

The FDA now says the formula is no longer on store shelves.
