Omaha Police are investigating a shooting that sent one woman to a hospital late Monday night.
Officers went to the area of 21st and Locust Streets around 11:00 p.m. for a shots-fired call to 9-1-1 reporting a number of rounds being heard.
Responding officers found a 37-year-old woman with gunshot injuries.
The OPD Assault Unit is in the early stages of the investigation.
