The FDA is expanding an existing cinnamon recall to include 16 brands. The ground cinnamon may be unsafe to consume due to the possibility of elevated lead levels.

As of September, no "illnesses or adverse events" had been reported, but customers are encouraged to refrain from purchasing and consuming the recalled products.
