Omaha Police are investigating a fatal crash that happened early Tuesday morning on westbound Interstate-680 near 60th Street.
Officers went to the area just after midnight and saw vehicle tracks at about 58th Street that left the right side of the road down into a tree-covered ravine.
Officers located a Hyundai Azera with a 20-year-old woman inside who had no pulse.
They removed the woman from the car and began CPR, before Omaha Fire paramedics arrived and declared the driver dead.
