Report Outlines Pandemic's Impact On Nebraska K-12 Education

(Omaha, NE) -- A new report is outlining the pandemic's impact on K-through-12 education in Nebraska.

The Nebraska Advisory Committee sent the report to the U-S Commission on Civil Rights on Tuesday. It identifies major concerns, including a rise in student mental health crises, learning gaps, and teacher shortages.

The committee is recommending the creation of a state task force to address the issues. More information can be found online.
